1. Appearance: The natural beauty and richness of cement tiles, terrazzo tiles, and Moroccan tiles come from their handmade nature. Please be aware that these tiles will not be identical from piece to piece. Variations such as size, shade, imperfections, irregular edges, and the appearance of fine cracks are inherent to these products and can vary from piece to piece. These qualities add to their unique appeal and do not compromise their performance.
2. Order Lead Time: Custom orders for cement tiles, terrazzo tiles, and Moroccan tiles typically take between 2 to 6 weeks to produce and deliver. The production time may vary based on the production schedule and the time of year.
3. Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for large or custom orders to initiate production. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order. For sample orders, full payment is required upfront. The cost of the sample order will be adjusted once the order is placed.
4. Order Cancellation Policy: Because custom designs and colors are not stocked, order cancellations cannot be accepted after the production process has started.
5. Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged on services and products according to the provincial and federal laws in effect.
6. Damaged Material: All products are dispatched in good condition and properly packed. Customers are responsible for inspecting the material upon receipt. To assist in any claims for damaged material, pictures will be required. If damage is properly noted, the process of providing replacement material can begin. All claims for shortage, incorrect products, or damage must be made within 3 days and noted on the bill of lading.
7. Order Return Policy: Since all orders are custom-made after sampling according to the customer’s requirements, they cannot be returned. No claims will be accepted for any reason after the installation process.
